1. Helpdesk Support is available through the Help link in the Upper Right-hand Navigation Button [link] or the Support link on the Cause+Connect homepage at https://www.causeandconnect.net. This Helpdesk support is designed to allow users to quickly help themselves by searching for specific topics and to find answers from articles in the Support system.
2. On-boarding support can be accessed on any Cause+Connect screen by clicking the “i” information button in the top-right corner. This provides basic instructions on what the various buttons do on each Cause+Connect page. Swipe or click outside the on-boarding modal image to dismiss it.
3. Training Videos - Cause+Connect provides training videos that cover basic step-by-step recommendations for users new to those activities. An Organization can also replace these videos with their own video training if they have a specific process they want advocates to learn.
